Introduction:
This assignment is designed to check your understanding of the training event you have just attended. The purpose is to collect your views and ideas. Please take your time to record all your thoughts in response to each question. If this scenario did actually occur you would have other people working with you, however we want to explore your understanding of what needs to be done, whether or not you would be the person taking each action.
We will discuss the responses when we get back together later, after which you will have time to make any changes you want to, before submitting the assignment.
It is important that you complete part 1 before reading and completing part 2.
Scenario setting: A 12,000 person customer-facing exhibition event, in a major convention centre, in Florida, USA.
